Hello. I'm behind a proxy on my network, however the appropriate ports for the use of bit torrent have been opened as friends can download just fine. My win firewalls has been disabled and have no other software in use which should block the torrents, but they aren't getting through. Also, the new version of skype that I have s not connecting, even when I attempt to configure it to use the proxy, it says it autodetects but it does not seem to do so. Friends are also able to use this program from this same network. Skype used to work for me as well now it has stopped. Can anyone suggest a reason for this sudden change.
